They never seem to end. Bad storms, gulf oil spills, tornados, floods, earth quakes …. they wreak devastation everywhere they hit. This week has shown us locally how hard it can be. People become helpless through no fault of their own. Our ELCA Lutheran Disaster Relief Fund works with many other agencies to be there for people needing assistance. Please consider those who in need. There are at least 3 ways to help:
Red pew envelopes are available that allow you to designate where you would like your disaster donations to go.
Blue pew envelopes for world hunger.
Bring non-perishable food and hygiene items to our
table of sharing.
